Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
